The Citadelle Art Foundation building was constructed in 1910 as the First Baptist Church. Out of a desire to protect America's landmarks, Malouf and Therese Abraham (contributors to National Trust for Historic Preservation) transformed their landmark home with its collectibles (including paintings and sculptures) into the Citadelle Art Foundation.

The Citadelle Art Foundation contains hundreds of works, including the painting by Norman Rockwell, the first artwork acquired by Malouf Abraham. It also includes the two works of Michael Korber, ink on paper drawing "To Daydream a Lover" and an oil painting "Mother and Child in Blue".
